Working Title is "EeeHive" - where-ever you've been, where-ever you're going, we got you. That sums up the concept although I'm not tied to the catch-phrase. The title came from a couple of core components. Experts, Education and Experience are the 3 e's and the core elements of the service model and the digital platform that will help an individual learn and move to their next career goal. The Hive represents the community element working towards a common goal. ie you're not alone, you have an entire hive of experts with knowledge to help you anytime. The target audience is the individual who is going through step change in their career. examples: A new graduate taking their first job; Mums returning from maternity leave and re-entering the workforce; employees, who's industry is going through transformation and they have to learn new skills to continue; people from lower socio-economic areas currently finding it hard to engage in the new Digital economy
